Sometimes, people return shirts merely because they change their mind and do not want them any longer. Sometimes, shirts are returned and are perfectly well made. If you return your shirts to us for a refund, and there is nothing wrong with the manufacture of those shirts, then you will have to pay a restock charge. Shipment charges are never applicable for a refund.

A Message To Future Customers About The Importance Of Quality.
You may pay a couple of dollars more for one of these shirts than you would at other t-shirt companies, but that's a difference that matters. All companies want to make money, and if they charge more than that means that your shirts are going to be worth less. The shirts that many of our competition sells is comparable to shirts you would buy in a department store in a value pack of five. We pay more for our shirts because we care about the product we sell. Our shirts are made to last you for a long time, and we have a satisfaction guarantee that backs that statement up. If you want a thin, cool shirt then we have those available with out slim-fit options, but our normal shirts are all 100% cotton and made with a 6.1 ounce weave, which is far superior than the 5.5 weave you'll see from other companies.
I really just want to know how fast you ship your shirts.
We know for a fact that people want the stuff they pay for in their hands as soon as money changes hands. Since teleportation isn't feasible yet, we can only assure you that we'll ship your order within a day of getting it. All in all, that's pretty fast shipping. We have hours of operation on Mon. thru Fri. between the times of 7 am and 3 pm. Orders do not ship on Sat. or Sun. Also, it stands to reason that any holiday the post office doesn't work...neither do we. Those exceptions aside, we always ship your shirts within 24 hours of your payment. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday then it will be processed the very next day and shipped out of our doors the day after that. When you order shirts, you can place a pretty solid bet that we're going to have everything we need to make your shirt and ship it out to your specifications. There are some scattered instances when something is not ready in our inventory and we must resupply ourselves. If that happens, it may take up to 2 more days to get your shirts in the mail. Once the mail carrier gets your shirts, you will get them as fast as that postman can run to your door.
We have three shipping options available to you, so be sure to click on the option that best suits you if your need your shirts even faster than our already-fast shipping if you need them by a certain date.
We have Standard, Expedited, and Express Shipping available for everyone who orders within the Continental United States.
- Standard Shipping will take around 3-8 Postal Shipping Days.
- For those in a rush, the Expedited option can be expected to arrive at your door in an even speedier 2-3 work days.
- Express Shipping is where you should turn for instances when you have to buy that perfect, last-minute gift. Your shirt will get there in time with this shipping speed, at just 1-2 working days.
Please Read Residents of Alaska or the Hawaiian Isles will be shipped with Priority Shipping, which will take 5-10 Postal Shipping Days. These times for delivery are all estimates based on our past dealings with the U.S.P.S. We cannot foresee complications within the Post Office's system. You can choose to give your e-mail address to us when you place your order, and we will e-mail the shipping info to you at the time your order ships. Sorry, but this service is unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and orders outside of the U.S.
I have some very good news to our fans in the countries of New Zealand, Australia, Northern Ireland, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Great Britain, Canada, Sweden, and Norway! We definitely ship to you with International postage! International mail can take the full amount of allotted time for arrival, which can be as much as eight weeks or as little as four. If you contact us after just one week of ordering, we can only tell you to wait the entire eight weeks before contacting us again. If you want tracking information, we are sorry to say that we cannot of International Tracking at this time.
We are legally bound to give a full description of the contents of your package to Customs Agents, as well as the monetary value of those contents. If you request that we mark your package as a gift, it will have no bearing on our requirement to supply this information. If you are ordering from another country, outside of the U.S., then you may find that you have to pay customs fees on your order. You are responsible for these fees, and they are not included in the price of your order. We really do accept mailed payments for your shirt order with no problem whatsoever. Just follow these three simple instructions, and you'll have your shirts in no time.
- You need to do your shopping first! Once you have locked down what shirt, what color, what size, and what style of shirts you want...now you need to email me that exact information by CLICKING HERE. You'll also need to make it clear that you are needing to mail your orderpayment to us.
- We will very promptly send you a return email to give you a complete total on your shirt order that will also include your shipping charge in addition to the address you should be sending your payment to.
- Go ahead and print out the invoice email you were sent and send your money order and the invoice to the address we provided in a USPS-approved envelope. We'll process your order and ship it right out when we get your payment!
I'm not Able To Order?
It's usually caused when your billing information is not entered
EXACTLY like they have it at the credit card company. Check this first. If you are completely satisfied that you should be getting your order processed normally and are still having trouble, please continue down this list of options.
- You have checked your billing fields and found them correct. Now you need to check it again. Don't just browse it. Look up the information that your card issuer has and match it word-for-word.
- You may have moved within the last six months. If you did, that's okay! It may solve your problem, because your last billing address may still be in your card issuer's database! Try that old address!

Putting the images and words on the backs of the shirts is no hassle for us in the least, and we will happily do this for you at no additional charge. All you have to do is to make note of your request in the "comments" section of your order.
